Recently I a mobile device due to the need to travel though I have a device installed in my vehicle. I followed all the appointments required but because someone from Smart Star t activated the device for the date of pick up rather than the date of travel I was charged with missed appointments. I completed an incident report as suggested by the many customer service representatives and afterwards only to be sent a email stating to repeat the process again. I had to pay the fee upon my next inspection and no one provided any assistance how I could be refunded or have my account notated with the issue.
