If I could give negative stars I would. This is without a doubt the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. My 1st device crapped out got me a violation that I didn’t do that I had to pay for. The incident report did nothing luckily it worked for a small window was able to drive it to the service center. I did in fact have a faulty device that was screwed up. They replaced it, it was their fault. Never reimbursed me for the violation. The same exact thing is happening now I had to miss a business trip they have no record of the other device being swapped out. Or any annotation about it at all so now I have to pay a tow truck to take my car in….. you would think swapping out devices that you have a lease on they have serial numbers. Nope nothing everyone has their heads so far up their ass there. A supervisor is never available so what now I have to have another violation I didn’t do…. And they don’t keep the record so what’s dmv gonna say?!? Screw this company I’m tryin to do the right thing and get passed around from idiot to idiot everytime wasting days on the phone to needle in a haystack someone with a brain cell. Easily an extra 1000 dollars not to mention the money I’ve missed out on missing work in the past 5 months alone. These people are idiots and it’s a scam they also just stopped sending reports out of nowhere after having the damn thing for over 2 years…. Almost lost my license. I’ve been doing everything on my end there’s no way In hell this place has anything over 1 star across the board. You got bots writing reviews? The service center I go to has nothing but horrible things to say about this company. I’m now once again without a vehicle and after waiting on hold for hours my advice was just tow it not a big deal.
