If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I went in for my final download only for it to not be sent to the state. I had to do it over again and was told that I could request a refund since my recalibration should have never happened because of their error. Terrible service, the fees kept going up without warning and they were not helpful at all. Do not get your breathylzer with them. It's not worth it.
