I asked to return an item for refund after I had initially stated replacement. They sent a replacement even though I had twice reverted the initial decision. I sent the 1st item back by tracked and then also the 2nd one back by tracked at a total cost of £18 to myself. I am still waiting for a refund after several emails since the dispute started in the 4 July. Also the final communication stated the refund would be provided within 14 days. I’m now running at a 35day + wait time for the refund and have had no reply to my latest mails.
