Delivery and Service Problems

I purchased a watch and paid extra for expedited delivery, but I'm still waiting. I paid for quick shipping to receive it in two days while I was off work. Despite contacting them, I've received no response. A representative reached out on my behalf, but I still haven't heard anything or received updates on the delivery. It's incredibly frustrating. I've requested a refund, but I'm told to wait for a response from the seller. Five days have passed with no delivery and no communication.

Difficult Exchange Process

While the product is great and dispatch was efficient, the sizing instructions are inadequate. If you order the wrong size and need an exchange, they charge a £15 replenishment fee. It takes 14 days to process a replacement, and you must manage the return through your own courier. This company is not worth the hassle if you need assistance. Although I liked some other items, this experience has deterred me from making further purchases.

Issues with Smart Ring

The smart ring I received from this seller was not the cheapest option, but it was also not the most expensive. Unfortunately, it inaccurately counted steps while I was sitting at my desk. I'm okay with a faulty device as long as the supplier allows refunds. However, I’m now on my fourth email to them, and they require pictures of the product intact and expect me to cover return costs, including various restocking fees. I anticipate they will charge me for the return despite the product being faulty, and I'm unsure if I'll receive a straightforward answer.
