Good experience for me so far. Ordered smart tracker, delivery took 2 days which is standard I think. The tracker is fine, does what it says on the web and looks nice. I charge it every 2 days which is fine for me and I bought a different strap as the silicone was not agreeing with my skin. Overall good experience
