I bought a smart ring (Nova) from this company. The buying/recieving process was excellent, originally paid for a ring sizer, then ordered a ring (with a discount ++) and recieved both in good and timely manner.Easy to use, easy to download and sync the app, overall easy product to use & thus thought I would be chuffed with my purchase.Unfortunately, the ring is not at all accurate in ANY way. I've waited to review by trying different fingers, even different hand, it just doesn't accurately ready.I have lung disease & initially hoped for overnight oxygen tracking. I was of course aware it may be a percentage or 2 out, however according to the Nova ring, my lung disease should have been eradicated....A real shame!
