Very disappointed, having purchased it in September 2023 it will no longer connect to my phone. I have had 2 x top IT friends try and rectify it but no joy so I now cannot even change the watch face.A shame as when it was working it was perfect and very comfortable to wear and easy to access all the relevant info.Prior to receiving the response below I emailed customer services which they have confirmed receipt of and will be reviewing my issue in the next fee days. Hopefully it will be resolved.....
