Purchased an S21 watch for my girlfriend in rose gold. When it arrived it wasn't rose gold colour but standard gold finish. Screen couldn't be dimmed at night, so sleep monitoring mode was pointless as it kept us both awake. Arranged return. The RMA returns process was awful, I was lied to by their customer services. Firstly told 7 day refund window, then 14 day refund window. Eventually received partial refund. Same watch available on Amazon for over 50% less! Stay away from this company.Note: Since submitting this review, I have received a threat from Trustpilot to take my review offline, unless I provide further details within 3 days which I have. It's a shame that sellers try and silence genuine reviews (albeit bad reviews) rather than improve their awful service. I am now considering closing my TrustPilot account as it is clear they trust the sellers more than the customers!Another additional note:In response to the reply from SFL. You are a blatant liar! I have documentary evidence that I received a "partial" refund. Do you really wish me to embarrass you by providing it online? Shame on you. You are clearly ignorant of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 of which you should familarize yourself as you have a large quantity of disatisfied customers. It's ironic that SFL asked me to do a review, and then when I did accused it if not being genuine. Since the "threat" my review has been validated by Trustpilot.
