Faulty goods - worst customer service experience

I ordered a watch for my daughter. The only good part about this transaction was the delivery. The watch will not turn on/charge. I emailed the retailer with my complaint with a video to show the watch doesn’t work. 48 hours later I was asked a no of questions which I had addressed in my original complaint. 7 days later still no further forward. The company don’t have a return address and are no longer returning my emails.I am absolutely furious with this company and would advise everyone to avoid buying from them.
