AVOID AVOID AVOID - Customer service is worse than appalling, the smartwatches are too bulky for my wrist, they state a 14 day no quibble return and refund policy but customer service do not get back to you with anything of any use within that time frame so you are purposely outside of that time frame! - I have requested a return form several times but am yet to receive one! is this a scam or just plain incompetence?
