Awful customer service poor quality product My partner brought me a watch for my birthday at the end of April, one of the straps it came with were faulty. The company did say they would replace free of charge however I had to chase this and it took nearly a month to arrive. The watch is no longer charging and it is also starting to come apart. I have emailed asking for a direct contact number as the company are being very vague in their emails. I have asked 3 times for a refund and the company are now ignoring my emails. Shocking and will be taking this further
