Abysmal Customer Service, stay clear of this company. Ordered a smartwatch for my 7 year old son, watch arrived and i set it up, tried it out and gps tracking was out by almost 1/2 a mile so is useless if trying to track. Contacted customer services to return it. Now nearly 2 weeks later still waiting to get instructions on how to return and are saying im not entitled to refund. "14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" "NO HASSLE RETURNS" dont make me laugh. Contacted trading standards. "Got a reply saying never rejected refund request" well your emails beg to differ
