This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they are Incredible bad customer service is zero, it’s so bad it’s actually unbelievable. You might as well be hitting your head against a brick wall.I received a watch with very sharp edges, so obviously I needed to return this. SFL took ever to reply. They also make excuses and make it difficult to return the watches, you have to go through so many different options to even get a return, then they want you to pay for the return for a faulty item. You can’t call then just email. Learnt my lesson don’t shop at SFL, go to Amazon it’s simple they would have refund this in hours not day's and still no sight of a returns label to even get a refund SFL is a terrible company who don’t put the customer first, and actually put them last.This is the first and last time I will order from this company! So much hassle and such a bad company to deal with. It’s sad as you want to give one of the smaller companies a chance! But it’s just not worth itStay away from this company the customer service is so poor especially if something goes wrong.
