It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars generally because it doesn't give clear division of emotion and service, but in this case everything I experienced with this product was perfect...The product is great! Service and delivery was great, even the packaging was great! This company deserves a true 5 star rating! I liked the blinds so much I'm buying more for another floor. Very happy
