I ordered two blinds but one of the blinds and a motor meant for a different customer arrived about a week later (UK). I contacted support and within the day the second blind was put into production as a replacement. Through no fault at all of SmartWings this second blind arrived a week later but had sustained damage in transit. Again I contacted support who couldn’t have been more apologetic and expedited a further replacement straight away. This arrived and was installed yesterday, both blinds are fantastic quality and are absolutely perfect.As a side note, these are very easy to install, I am a one armed pensioner and I had no issues at all installing myself. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation ordering further from them as needed.
