Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue over a month, I still faced problems. This led to difficulties accessing my bank account. Although the support team made efforts to assist, it seems there are significant issues with their SIM cards and network. The data connection was poor, making it hard to use the internet on their 4G. I appreciate the team's attempts to help, but waiting over a month for a resolution is unacceptable. I have now moved on to a different provider.
