I placed an online order on 22/11/2025. After sending more than 25 emails, submitting multiple complaints, and completing several forms as requested, my issue was never resolved.
Customer service only responds with standard automated replies and shows no real intention of helping or providing a refund. After months of trying, I eventually gave up. Once the payment went through, I was completely on my own.
There is no accountability and no genuine customer support. This has been, by far, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing online from this company

Frustrating Experience with Order for Trainers

I ordered padel tennis trainers for my daughter for Christmas on December 11th, costing £71, with an estimated delivery by December 22nd. By December 23rd, there was still no sign of them. I emailed and was told they hadn't arrived at the warehouse yet. I had expected them to be here for Christmas, and it was extremely disappointing. It seems they ran out of stock but still took my payment, leaving me in limbo. I ended up canceling the order and had to rush to find a last-minute alternative among the Christmas shoppers. I will not be using this service again.

Delivery was extremely delayed

The delivery was extremely delayed for shipping to the US. Scheduled for Nov 18-24, it actually arrived on Dec 5th, nearly 2 weeks late (10 business days). The customer service was appalling. The replies I got felt like automated responses. Late deliveries appear to be a common issue with them, leading me to believe they provide misleading delivery estimates, otherwise customers wouldn't place orders. However, disputing the credit card charge becomes a hassle... sigh.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Unsatisfactory customer service. I bought a padel racket and after using it three times, the strap broke. Attempting to return it has taken four weeks of emails and photos, only to be told to destroy the racket, send a photo, and then they might issue a refund (likely not including the shipping costs). I am very disappointed with such poor customer service. What guarantee do I have for receiving the refund and how long will it take?

Order Size Confusion

I ordered padel shoes in size 10.5 UK but received an email confirming size 11. I reached out to customer service with a screenshot of my order, but they said they couldn't resolve the issue and offered no apology for their error. I had to cancel the order. BE CAUTIOUS AND SAVE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR ORDER, AS CUSTOMER SERVICE MAY BE LACKING.
