In my view, this is the worst garage I've encountered. After taking my car in for a routine service, I was informed that the sump plug wouldn't lock properly. They quoted me nearly £600 for a plastic replacement. The next day, I found a non-OEM part for just £26, but they insisted I would still need to pay £300 for theirs, which didn’t even include a gasket. I had the work done at an independent garage the following day, which included a gasket and only cost me £160 plus the £300 for their part. I won't return to this garage.
