I think this is the worst garage I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my car in for a routine service and was told the sump plug wouldn't lock properly afterward. They quoted nearly £600 for a plastic replacement. The next day, I found a non-OEM part for £26, but they insisted I would still need to pay £300 for theirs, which didn’t even include a gasket, and no work had been started. I ended up taking my car to an independent garage, which included a gasket and only cost me £160 plus the £300 for the part. I will not be returning to this garage.
My partner has bought several vehicles from this service. I visited just before the holidays and didn’t recognize anyone. A staff member mentioned that several key people had left, and a new company had taken over. The welcoming atmosphere has vanished. What used to be a pleasant place to buy a car has now changed under the new ownership, which I hear has negatively impacted the friendly business environment.

This location is truly disappointing. The incompetence and lack of customer care are evident. I scheduled a simple camera replacement for my vehicle and arrived at 08:00. At 15:00, I received a call saying they couldn't complete the work due to being understaffed. It felt as if my time didn’t matter, and it was frustrating that they realized this only at 15:00. They wasted my time and money. If anyone reads these reviews, take note: do not purchase a vehicle from this service; they do not value their customers.
I bought a brand new vehicle from them in 2022, and now it needs a new engine. The representative here seemed clueless about warranties and consumer rights. Luckily, my local dealership understood the situation and is replacing the engine under warranty in just three days. I recommend looking elsewhere.

The car wasn’t cleaned as promised and came back in worse condition. I believe the brand needs to evaluate the services provided by this garage. Most positive reviews seem to focus on sales. My son took his five-year-old vehicle in for service and MOT. They replaced the front discs and brake pads, which is expected, but then they failed the MOT for a loose seat, a common issue for this model. The total charges reached nearly £927, and they also wanted to charge £727 for a new seat with a long wait time. After waiting over 50 minutes for his vehicle, they informed him it was blocked in by another car. In over four decades in vehicle engineering, I've never seen such poor service. They eventually provided a courtesy car, but he now has to deal with more time lost due to their administrative issues. He never noticed any seat movement.
I visited this dealership today, interested in the new model. I spent 15 to 20 minutes examining various vehicles, sitting in seats, and checking boot space, all while two salespeople were available and not engaged with other customers. They ignored me completely, and when I inquired about the restroom, I received an abrupt response with no offer of assistance. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially for such significant purchases. Based on this experience, I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Truly disappointing.
