I purchased a vehicle from this location last year because it was family-owned and offered great services like free pick-up and drop-off, complimentary car washes, and courtesy cars for warranty repairs. Since the new ownership, all those benefits have disappeared. They've downgraded a premium brand to lower service levels and started charging for everything. I've previously received free washes and vacuums at other service centers, but they charged me £16 for that last time. Complaining only resulted in a lecture about cost-cutting. Why would I buy from them again? The new owners have ruined a once-friendly business.
