I purchased a four-slice toaster from a shopping channel just over a year ago. Unfortunately, the handle no longer stays down, and it seems to not heat up. After taking it apart and checking for crumbs, I contacted customer service, but I'm not satisfied with the support as they don't stand behind their products. I wouldn't recommend this toaster; there are cheaper options that perform better. I regret spending over $200 on it.
