I purchased what I thought was a high-end toaster. However, after very limited use, the two central elements burned out. Customer service is unhelpful if you don't have your receipt. My advice is to stay away from these costly small appliances; they are not worth it. All the negative reviews point to similar issues with failing elements.
When I called the support team, they were very helpful. My kettle started leaking after two and a half years, which was disappointing given the price. I expected it to last longer than that. Instead of a repair, I was offered a new one at a discounted price, which I accepted since I already have the matching toaster; otherwise, I might have just walked away.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this low-quality brand. I genuinely believe that products from other platforms would last longer and be safer than any from this brand. A brand-new oven broke down within months, and the jug failed in just weeks. Everyone I know who has tried this brand has vowed never to buy again. They look appealing, but I wouldn't trust them in my home again!
I bought a mug juicer and barely used it for a year. Since being diagnosed with a condition, I've been using it more, but it's made of plastic, not metal as it appears. The funnel broke, causing me to use a pie pan to catch the juice. I'm frustrated because I spent a significant amount on this product and wish I could share a photo to illustrate the issue.
