I’ve just raised a query with SMEG customer services and spoke with Jo on the call. She listened to my query regarding the warranty of my product and managed the issue with real kindness. It is an absolute joy to know that good customer service, where real humans listen to your queries and respond to them in a kind manner and a ‘can-do’ attitude still exists.
