Bought daughter a backpack for back-to-school in September, by April the whole front pocket has come unstitched and is hanging off. The bag isn’t heavily used, she’s only 6 so just a small reading book, sunhat etc in there. 8 months is not very long to last for the price you pay for these bags. I contacted them via their online form and received a very unhelpful response. Nothing they can do after 6 months. Basically tough luck. Although I’m welcome to try my nearest store (now approx 1.5 hrs away as they closed my local store) to see if they may make an exception. Bit of a long way to go incase they say no. Absolutely won’t be buying from them again, my local cobbler is helping with the repair instead. A real shame as my daughter loves their products.
