The manager at the location was not only unfriendly and dismissive, but also completely unhelpful with her apparent lack of knowledge. It felt as if she was eager to be rid of me to return to whatever else she preferred doing, which seemed unproductive. I will never visit that store (or any others) again.

Poor Quality Products and Service

The customer service experience was terrible, and the products didn't hold up well. I bought two water bottles, both of which broke within weeks. When I requested a replacement, the amount of evidence I was asked to provide was absurd. The customer service response was unhelpful, and I was directed to visit the store for assistance. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

They entice you to sign up for emails with a discount, but then fail to send the code. After placing the order, the discount code arrives, but you can't cancel your order. I won't be using their service again.

Unsuitable Products

On my daughter's birthday, she received a water bottle that broke within a day. I visited the store with the bottle, hoping for a replacement due to the poor quality, but was only offered to buy a new lid at full price. These products are not suitable for use.
