The initiation of my retainer process took over a year. My teeth are indeed straight and beautiful, but due to the unresponsiveness from the team, I was informed via email that I would receive £150 as compensation, along with in-chair teeth whitening and retainers. However, the retainers do not fit properly, and I am still waiting for the promised compensation. They are now denying this, even though I have emails confirming it. Given another chance, I would avoid this service entirely! The staff on the phone are generally unhelpful.
