Like many others, I faced the same challenges. The appointment was not practical, and there was a lack of clarity regarding the care provided. After payment was made, I found the treatment process to be opaque. Communication with the clinic was difficult, and when I did reach them, they offered excuses that seemed plausible. My calls were often redirected, resulting in delays that made it impossible to keep my schedule for the visit. When they finally provided a new appointment time, it was no longer convenient for me. I have been trying to obtain a refund since 11/01, as the service was not viable, and it feels like it will take ages to secure a follow-up appointment. They consistently cite a 'contract' I signed that supposedly prevents cancellation, but how can I be bound to a service that has yet to deliver anything? Just a single hygienic appointment? How do they expect me to pay £3,000 for arranging one appointment? It's been three months with no aligners or any progress! I've raised this issue with an independent complaint service and may consider legal action.
