Long waiting times for appointments during treatment because there simply aren’t enough slots available, meaning my treatment has taken far longer than initially promised.
Towards the end of my treatment I was advised to book a composite bonding appointment and asked to pay upfront. After paying, they were unable to offer me a slot within two months. When I raised a complaint, a team member responded to my emails but repeatedly said they were waiting for a manager’s reply and that the issue had been “escalated,” without ever providing a resolution or timeframe.
I also never received clear updates on when I would receive my retainers or what to expect after deciding to cancel the bonding appointment.
Overall, the experience has been very frustrating. There is little proactivity and it feels like the focus is on churning out aligners rather than supporting patients. Customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with a more established provider like Invisalign, which costs almost the same but is far more reliable.
