Holy! Where do I even start… Worst experience I’ve EVER had and the results were not even what they showed me from the first scan. It’s been more than a year now since I made my first payment and I’m still wearing these annoying alignments. Beginning of last year (2025) I went to a consultation and made some scans, were they later showed me pictures of how my teeth would look at the end. They said that it would take about 4-6 weeks for my alignments to arrive. Mind you the company went under the name ”DR SMILE” at the time. Months go by and I mean months, no reply for the whole summer. I had signed a contract to pay 3000 dollars and no one answered my emails. In August!! In August I get a reply saying that my alignments have been forgotten somewhere along the way. Couple of weeks later I finally get them (I should’ve almost been done with the whole process by then but I just got the alignments). I used the alignments as recommended and saw progress. The longer in the process I came the more I started questioning if these alignments will make my teeth as straight as those first scans showed. Now on my last alignment I can confirm they did NOT. Because if they showed me a scan of my teeth right now back then, I would have never ever payed 3000 dollars for this. Now here’s the problem. I was set for an appointment now 29th of April 2026 and they canceled it and rebooked me to 13th of may. Mind you I’m already done with my last alignments since a couple of weeks back, but they want me to wear them for another 2 months just because they can’t prioritize me AFTER MORE THAN A YEAR. They haven’t been taking me seriously and it’s the worst answers they keep on giving me and ignoring my demands that I want a refund or new alignments and treatment that will make my teeth like the first scans they showed me. I’ve got even more to complain about but I’ll keep it there for now, hope this helps anyone DONT GO TO THESE GUYS GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I’ll keep you updated once everything’s finally done…
