I ordered the trial and the product was very strong and immediately burned my gums and turned my pink gums white in the points between each tooth where the gums come down. I called to ask how to return could not get any info on what my refund would be. Explained I do not want anymore product and customer service confirmed. Was then charged an additional $109 and another set of toothbrush replacement bristles arrived. I called again and informed customer service I cancelled and they said I have an outstanding balance of another $109. I refuse to pay that and have to now keep my card locked at all times as they try to charge me every day several times a day. Next step BBB!!
