SmileActive did not work as advertised. I saw no whitening results despite following all directions. The trial period wasn’t completed, and I was never given the chance to request a refund before additional shipments were processed.

On top of that, my subscription was mishandled, pending products were about to ship without my consent, and I should not have to return anything to get a refund. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this product and do not trust the company’s claims or service.

Beware this is a subscription. I had no clue. Looked like a great deal on line. 2 for 24.95. Until they keep taking money from my account every month 47.46. Also got me with the one with the tooth brush. Not happy at all actually disgusted. Was going to return but they couldn't tell me what they were going to subtract for shipping fees (part of the return process). If its like the deceptive subsciption probably wouldnt get anything back.

SCAM company!! They so far have charged me $221.47 and I have only received any product 1 time. I have called over and over and I’m told I will never be charged again and I will get a refund and an email showing I won’t be charged again and here I am 200 dollars later still being ripped off. Customer service is rude and talks over you cutting you off every time you try to speak. I don’t see a difference in my teeth, but honestly even if it did work I still want to only be charged when I want to purchase it. I’m only giving 1 star because it’s the lowest option available.

If the product really works as well as they advertise, why would you need to get a new supply every month? Don’t fall for this offer. If someday they offer to sell their product without requiring a subscription, then give it a try.

I had a very disappointing experience with these replacement toothbrush heads.

The first brush head I purchased fell apart after only a few uses, leaving loose bristles in my mouth. I returned it through Amazon and received a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement brush head also failed and came apart while brushing, with bristles and plastic backing breaking loose. Thankfully, I was not injured, but this should not happen with an oral care product.

After the second failure, I contacted Snow Oral Care directly to report the issue. I sent a follow-up message as well, but I have not received any response.

Based on my experience with two defective brush heads and the lack of follow-up from the company, I am not satisfied with this product and would not purchase it again.

I cancelled my order, I returned the product and actually spoke to an agent DEMANDING to end EVERYTHING associated with my connection with Smileactives. Of course, the didn't and low and behold, I got ANOTHER bottle of this crap! More hassle to return this bottle I didn't order!!!

Beware of the Automatic Renewal Scheme

When you buy any product from the website, you are automatically enrolled in an "auto delivery program". I ordered a "Pro Whitening Gel" 1oz for $24.95. A month later, I received a full-sized product meant for 90 days, and I was charged $29.62 for it. This charge repeats for another two months, totaling $88.86. They do not send any order confirmation or shipping emails, nor are any details available in the customer portal. It's deliberately complicated to keep customers trapped in this scheme. I discovered the details of their practices on the terms and conditions page, which are barely visible when you review the specifics of their sale. Here's what it states:
THIS IS A SCAM. By purchasing a product on their site, you agree to Automatic Renewal Terms. Your membership in the program continues until you cancel it. They can terminate your membership at any time without notifying you. IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM AND HAVE PROVIDED A VALID CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD, each shipment will be automatically processed at the time of each subsequent shipment or installment payment and charged to the payment method you provided at the start. If you want to cancel your participation in the automatic renewal program, you must contact the support team using the numbers listed on the website.

Product failed to perform and refund process is frustrating

I purchased the product and used it for nearly 60 days, but it did not work at all. I returned it with tracking, and they acknowledged receipt on December 30. As of January 21, I still haven't received my refund. When I called, they informed me that it had just been processed the day before, but it would take an additional 5-7 days to be credited back to my card. This is incredibly frustrating. According to their support chat, Once returns are received, it usually takes about 7 business days to process the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method (minus shipping and handling).

The product's effectiveness is uncertain, but the service raises concerns. I bought the product and unexpectedly received another charge on my card 30 days later, despite their website stating the next "subscription payment" would occur in April, which is 90 days after the initial charge. The support team mentioned they "can't cancel orders that are in our warehouse" and suggested I either reach out to my bank or "try the product for 60 days". Consider using teeth whitening products from companies that prioritize customer trust.
