I purchased the product and used it for nearly 60 days, but it did not work at all. I returned it with tracking, and they acknowledged receipt on December 30. As of January 21, I still haven't received my refund. When I called, they informed me that it had just been processed the day before, but it would take an additional 5-7 days to be credited back to my card. This is incredibly frustrating. According to their support chat, Once returns are received, it usually takes about 7 business days to process the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method (minus shipping and handling).
