I am very disappointed with the support service. I created two support tickets (#OIH-357200 on March 1st and #SBS-564084 on March 15th) regarding critical website issues (my website showing the default Apache/cPanel page instead of the actual site).
It has been more than 2 weeks, and both tickets are still open with no response at all. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when it affects a live website.
I expected much better support from a hosting provider. This has been a very frustrating experience.
