I recently purchased hosting and moved from my old provider to Smilehostie. I had some doubts about the service and speed, but both are good here. They handled my migration themselves.
The services are highly disappointing; it feels like a scam. I've been unable to log into my account for a week, receiving the message, "To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active." I've consistently paid my subscription fees on time. I submitted a ticket on January 1, 2026, but received no response, and all contact methods—calls and messaging—are unavailable.

Their support is extremely lacking. The messaging support is a complete joke. I messaged them for 10 days and created tickets but got no response. After calling them twice within two hours, they blocked my number. There are no email replies, services, or support. Everything they say is deceptive. I initiated a refund, which was processed, but the services were terminated before the refund was deposited. The back-and-forth with their support is troublesome. I did give them a chance to correct their mistakes, but nothing more can be done from their end. I may consider resubscribing if they can assure me of improved services.
