I deeply regret purchasing aligners from this company. I went through four separate rounds of treatment, including refinements, and none of them delivered the results shown in the digital simulations I was asked to approve.
Each time, I followed instructions, wore the aligners as directed, and provided photos when requested. Despite that, the aligners were often loose, ineffective, and failed to close my gaps — which was the main reason I started treatment. With the most recent set, multiple steps were loose, and my teeth actually appear more spaced rather than improved.
What made this experience more frustrating was the constant back-and-forth of photos and projections with no real resolution. After four failed attempts, I was told there is no refund due to their policy, despite the treatment not working as promised.
This process was exhausting, expensive, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
