I recently ordered the "Tapple" word game online. My order took 8 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately the game was damaged and does not work as it should. When I contacted smilenicey support, they said they could offer me 3USD in way of a partial refund on a product that cost me over 60USD to purchase. If I wanted to send the product back and hope for a full refund, that would be at my own expense and "very costly" (their words). A disappointing experience to purchase something I cannot use and have no recourse for refund or replacement other than additional expense to myself.
