I ordered drink bottles on the 2.11.24 for xmas. I am still waiting 1/4/25. When contacting the support they were prompt getting back to me but telling me to wait and blaming the courier for not updating the tracking. Unable to get a refund when asked. Unable to resolve the issue. How long is reasonable to wait.
Ordered these sandals recently and they arrived within about two weeks. Shipping time was reasonable but not especially fast. Design is pretty nice—comfortable, casual style great for summer days. Price seems fair for the quality provided. Overall satisfied, although nothing outstanding, theyre good enough for everyday wear.
I ordered this and they do not work, when I tried to ask for a refund, they want me to send back to china. THEY ARE SCAMMMER DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, They charged me $49.84 for a piece of garbage and it was going to cost me $48.00 dollars to send it back
I ordered the color changing foundation that is supposed to work for everyone, it is just plain cheap lotion that does absolutely nothing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! $30.00 for cheap crap and they offer me a $2 refund. BEWARE!!
I ordered and paid for the following on 26/01/2025:The Sacred Bonsai Bowl Lotus FlowerOrder No: 12503S237839To date, I have not received this order, despite the order being placed almost 5 months ago and, according to the tracking number, having arrived at your Shipping Partner Facility in Australia on 16/02/2025.When I track the order through your website by the tracking number, the most recent entry is 23/02/2025, stating “In transit in Australia”.I am at a loss as to how this could have been in transit in Australia for almost 4 months and not yet been delivered to me.I am requesting that you URGENTLY track this parcel to find out where it is. I believe there is a strong possibility that you are SCAMMING myself and other Australians.I am extremely disappointed with the level of service your company provided in this case and will definitely take this case further if I am not satisfied with your response.
I ordered 3 for one foundation. Got three packages that cost a fortune instead of just one. Also it is advertised as foundation make-up that changes colour. This is no foundation it is a moisturiser, probably a cheap handlotion that does not change colour! Waiting for a refund!!!
Literally the worst product unless you are a canary. I ordered medium blonde and got a literally laughable canary yellow. No refunds. Just an email saying sorry it isn’t like the product shown on the website ‘due to the lights in the photo”. It’s CANARY YELLOW. Do not order from this site you’ll never get a refund or a replacement. Wish is an upgrade
