This feels like a total scam. Do not waste your money. I ordered the impression packs and received them a week later. After taking two separate impressions and sending photos for review, they claimed they were not up to standard and insisted I have a video session to learn how to take the impression. I’ve used numerous night guards over the years without issues. They refuse to accept my impressions, claiming they don't meet their standards. I've been going back and forth with them for weeks now, and their guidelines seem outdated and incorrect. Their return address does not match the one on the return label. I will be disputing this purchase as it’s clear they have no intention of providing the night guard. It's been three weeks, and I still haven’t been able to return the impressions. Just pay extra and use another service or a dentist.
