The treatment itself is great, I’m nearly at the end of my course and my teeth are pretty much straight, however once you’ve had your initial consultation with smile white they’re communication with you is zero, they may ring and check you’ve started the process of the actual retainers but that’s it. The dentists they work with I feel are hit and miss, I live 40 minutes away from the dentist and they can only offer me very limited days and time, I also can’t go within my work hours as it’s ‘cosmetic’ and I can’t request that time off so again that reduces the times I can have an appointment, they’ve also cancelled my appointment the morning of 3 times over the 18 week course which isn’t great when school care has been arranged and paid for my kids so I can make the appointments after work. That being said I know other people who attend a different dentist for smile whites and there’s no problems for them at all.
