★☆☆☆☆ Unacceptable Customer Service

★☆☆☆☆ The customer support experience was extremely disappointing. Despite my account being paid every Friday without fail, my newspaper delivery was missed. When I reached out to the support team, I was incorrectly informed that payment had not been received, leading me to make a second payment to avoid disruption. After confirming payment, I was told there was no driver available and that I would need to pick up the newspapers myself. When I asked for the collection address, I was put on hold for about 15 minutes, only to be told the address couldn't be provided and I should search for it myself. The call ended abruptly without resolution. This showcases a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. As a reliable business customer who depends on timely deliveries, this level of support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
