When I contacted the support team, I was mistakenly told that payment had not been processed, leading me to pay again. After verifying the payment, I was informed there was no driver available and I would need to collect the papers myself. When I requested the collection address, I was put on hold for about 15 minutes, only to be told the address could not be shared and was advised to search online. The call ended abruptly without resolution. This reflects a total lack of professionalism and basic customer service. As a dependable client relying on timely deliveries, this support level is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

This has been the most frustrating supplier I have encountered in my years of business. One department gives one piece of information while another is completely unaware of the situation. When I called to log a complaint, I received an email stating the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours, yet over a week passed without any response. After another week of problems, they provided reference numbers, but when I called to discuss them, the representatives had no idea what they were for. Their communication skills are severely lacking, and the customer care line is even worse. I spoke with a representative who was not able to assist in any meaningful way. I am considering changing suppliers entirely, as we do not profit from newspapers anyway.
This company is the worst! The staff are poorly trained and do not allow you to speak with management about issues. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism, as they never provide the correct number of newspapers and constantly make mistakes.
This is the worst company in existence. They pressure their customers to pay without providing invoices or clear amounts. They need staff who can communicate effectively. If there were another option for newspapers, I would switch immediately.
