This has been the most frustrating supplier I have encountered in my years of business. One department gives one piece of information while another is completely unaware of the situation. When I called to log a complaint, I received an email stating the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours, yet over a week passed without any response. After another week of problems, they provided reference numbers, but when I called to discuss them, the representatives had no idea what they were for. Their communication skills are severely lacking, and the customer care line is even worse. I spoke with a representative who was not able to assist in any meaningful way. I am considering changing suppliers entirely, as we do not profit from newspapers anyway.
