This lack of transparency alone is concerning.My mother’s issue was simply that hot water was continuously running from her shower. She was told her entire hot water system needed to be replaced. A new 88L hot water system and the replacement of a couple of washers ended up costing her an outrageous $6,500.Taking advantage of an elderly, vulnerable person is disgraceful.
