I would avoid this make at all costs. We bought the slide and climbing wall for our daughter. I emailed them with safety concerns as there are huge gaps on the top tier of this that a child could easily fall and injure themselves. I am really surprised they are allowed to sell this product, secondly, the hose attachment for the waterslide is just a straight tube, no hose attachment and wont even fit a standard hose over it therefor its useless. This is a £200 slide which i wouldnt pay £20 for now, im yet to get an email or phone call reply regarding the safety issues. I would never buy this brand again and would not recommend them to anyone looking.Terrible company
