Defective item received, no resolution.

I ordered an item on November 1, and it arrived defective by November 5. I experienced a frustrating back-and-forth regarding the return process. The last communication I received was on November 20, and I'm still awaiting an address to return the defective item. No refund has been provided, just an offer for a replacement, with no resolution in sight. The company appears untrustworthy; I recommend avoiding them.
