Great service despite a missing item

I’m giving 4 stars since one of the items I ordered was missing. I understand that the holiday season caused delays, but overall, the customer service was excellent. I would email and received a response the same day. My item did eventually arrive, and I plan to order from this service again 😊.

Defective item received, poor response.

I placed an order on November 1, and the item arrived defective by November 5. I faced significant confusion regarding the return process. The last update I received was on November 20, and I'm still waiting for an address to send the defective item back. No refund has been offered, only a replacement, and there is still no resolution. The company seems untrustworthy; I would recommend avoiding them.

Steer clear of this company!

I really urge everyone to consider my review before purchasing from this company. They are extremely difficult to work with. I bought a glass pipe and was unhappy with it. When I contacted them for a refund, they allowed it, but I had to cover my own shipping costs, which is unusual as most companies provide a return label. To make matters worse, they didn't refund the full amount. I opted for free shipping, yet they deducted what they claimed to have spent on shipping initially. In the end, I received only about $15 back for an item that cost $34.99. Their response time is also poor; I still haven't heard back from them after multiple emails. I do not recommend doing business with them!

Product never arrived.

The product was never delivered, and customer support seems nonexistent. I'm extremely frustrated with this site and have lodged a complaint with the appropriate authorities to investigate.

Gorgeous item!

The packaging was very discreet, which I appreciated, and it was extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap. The item itself is stunning. They included some surprise gifts in the box, which I loved, including stickers and a pink biodegradable grinder. I will definitely order again and recommend them to my friends!
