The service indicates that delivery may occur a day earlier or later than requested. Even with ample notice, my chosen delivery date was the earliest available. I took a chance, assuming a good likelihood of receiving my order. I accepted the risk of a courier issue but didn’t expect the hold-up due to some items being unprepared. Most companies I deal with would split orders or at least send timely notifications. My notification that it was on its way actually meant 'not yet dispatched.'
