I received the wrong order on December 21st and tried to call but got no response. I sent two emails without any reply. Eventually, I managed to speak to customer service last week and was promised a call back, but that never happened. When I called again, the only way to avoid being cut off was to select the option to place an order. I was assured of a call back regarding my refund, but they couldn’t tell me when that would occur. There’s no clear escalation process, and the lack of customer care is concerning.
