I've reached out to the postal service with no replies, and I’ve lost track of how many messages I've sent to the sender without any response. I just want a simple question answered. Losing $350 or my tobacco is a lot for me. I need the sender to track it and follow up with the postal service regarding its location. I ordered 2x 250g on Monday, which will arrive tomorrow. I'm confused about how one order could get through, but not the other. Previously, I had no issues with my 1kg order.
